Metropolitan Detroit Bureau of School Studies, Inc.
The Metropolitan Detroit Bureau of School Studies, Inc. annually offers this scholarship for students who intend to enroll at Henry Ford College, Oakland Community College, Oakland University, Wayne County Community College District or Wayne State University.
The completed application is due March 2, 2018.
Lakes Area Rotary Club Scholarships
The Lakes Area Rotary Club is accepting scholarship applications from Walled Lake High School Students, including attendees of the Oakland Technical Center – Wixom Campus and any other students in the geographic area. There will be three $2,000.00 scholarships awarded the spring of 2018. Eligible students will have maintained a “B” (3.0) average, be in good standing with the school and have actively participated in community service during their high school years.

Jack Kent Cooke Foundation College Scholarship
The Jack Kent Cooke Foundation College Scholarship is a once-in-a-lifetime scholarship opportunity for your high school seniors.
High-achieving high school seniors from household incomes at or below $95,000 are eligible for this scholarship. Recipients are awarded up to $40,000 per year to complete their bachelor's degree, in addition to opportunities for internships, study abroad, and graduate school funding.
LEGACY Scholarship Funds
The LSF is a Michigan Corporation licensed by the State Attorney General to solicit contributions from the public. It is recognized by the United States Internal Revenue Service as a 501(c)(3) public charity.
Its function is to establish numerous individual scholarship funds, manage their contributions, oversee the application, selection and fund distribution processes to graduating high school seniors from numerous school districts, and handle school liaison and all reporting requirements.
Scholarships for graduates of specific schools and districts presently include: Walled Lake Consolidated School District, Farmington Public Schools, Farmington Hills Mercy High School, MioAuSable High School, and Oxford High School.
The scholarships available through LSF were created to memorialize students, coaches, and educators, as well as family members of residents of the Walled Lake and surrounding school districts. They also include scholarships established by local businesses, school retirees, athletic booster clubs, and the Walled Lake Education Association.
