LEGACY Scholarship Funds

The LSF is a Michigan Corporation licensed by the State Attorney General to solicit contributions from the public. It is recognized by the United States Internal Revenue Service as a 501(c)(3) public charity.

Its function is to establish numerous individual scholarship funds, manage their contributions, oversee the application, selection and fund distribution processes to graduating high school seniors from numerous school districts, and handle school liaison and all reporting requirements.

Scholarships for graduates of specific schools and districts presently include: Walled Lake Consolidated School District, Farmington Public Schools, Farmington Hills Mercy High School, MioAuSable High School, and Oxford High School.

The scholarships available through LSF were created to memorialize students, coaches, and educators, as well as family members of residents of the Walled Lake and surrounding school districts.
