Guest Wildcat Pick-Up
The Wildcat dismissal plan has been developed to allow parents to pick up their children without coming into the building to sign out. This is for parents who will be picking up their children daily. Criteria: Priority will be given to families in the walking area, plus transfer and schools of choice families. If you are signed up for Prime Time Care, you are not eligible for this plan. We will have to limit the number of families who can participate, so if you are a bus rider, we strongly encourage you to allow your children to ride the bus.
If you are interested in signing up for the Wildcat Pick-up, and fit within the criteria listed above, please complete the information on our online form.
If your child/children do not fit within the listed criteria, please contact Mrs. Fiebke-Lang to discuss.
firstname.lastname@example.org or 248-766-5771.
Students being picked up daily by their family will be given a “Wildcat tag” with a number on it for their backpack. Please make sure the “Wildcat tag” is attached on the backpack. You should arrive no later than 3:50 to pick up your children.
Each registered car will be given two numbered “Wildcat signs” corresponding to the number on their child’s backpack. Numbered “Wildcat signs” must be visible to the staff that will be dismissing the children. For security reasons only two “Wildcat signs” per family will be issued.
Students in the Wildcat Pick-up Plan will be dismissed at the front of the building exiting through the front doors by the office. Cars will need to wait in line with “Wildcat” signs visible. While waiting in line, please adhere to kind, considerate, and safe driving procedures. Make sure that your vehicle is not blocking others, pull as far forward as possible and keep moving forward with the traffic, do not get out of your car, and please do not let cell phone usage distract the process.
The Traffic Engineer stated that if the pick-up line begins to back up; it would be helpful if you would make a right turn to move the process along. This procedure becomes faster and efficient with time and practice. If you have any questions, please call the office at 248-956-3300, or 248-766-5771.
