      District Calendar

On August 5, 2017, Fleece & Thank You is hosting their first ever "Make a Fleece & Thank You Blanket Day."

It is their goal to make 5,000 blankets around this campaign so they can continue to provide armor for our warriors during these summer months.

The actual event is taking place at High Velocity Sports in Canton, MI, but what is super cool is that you can make blankets and help contribute to our goal from ANYWHERE!

All blankets can be paid forward on this main event page. Any blankets purchased can be made at the event on August 5th, OR they can arrange to get the kits to you to make elsewhere that week!

They also have sponsorships still available as a community engagement piece if that is applicable to you.

They just need LOTS OF BLANKET MAKERS.

Dear Departing Pleasant Lake 5th Grade Students and Parents,

It is a special time during a student’s education when they have completed their elementary education and move onto their secondary studies.

The Staff and I at Pleasant Lake Elementary would like to take this opportunity to congratulate the Class of 2017 on their achievements and to wish them the very best in their future endeavors.

As a gift from Pleasant Lake Elementary there are two files at the bottom of this email:

  • The Class of 2017 Departing Class Photo - High Resolution JPEG file.  You now have the option to store this keepsake electronically along with all of your personal family photos.

  •  A copyright release form that will give you the option to print the photo if you wish.  For best results, we recommend that prints be made in 8x10 size.

Congratulations Class of 2017!
