A Human Trafficking Awareness Symposium will take place at 1 pm on Sunday, October 30th at the West Bloomfield High School Auditorium. The Symposium is in cooperation with Bloomfield Hills, Walled Lake and West Bloomfield Schools and is for the entire community - appropriate for anyone high school age or older. Experts from Homeland Security Investigations, the F.B.I., U-M Law School, Alternatives For Girls, Sanctum House and more, will discuss what Human Trafficking is, how it affects our community and what can be done to stop it. High school students and educators will be admitted free, all others will pay the nominal fee of $10 per family. Western's annual Parent-Teacher Conferences will be held Tuesday, November 8, 2016, from 10:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. in the school's gymnasiums. There is no school for students, district-wide, on November 8th.
Online appointments are required to attend our arena-style conferences.
