Please make every effort to register for AP Exams as soon as possible prior to March 1, 2017. Tests ordered per this registration must be correctly identified and registration must be completed by the deadline in order for a test to be ordered for your student. There are no “Spare tests.” Extras are not ordered as our school is billed for every test we order. Therefore, a failure to order the correct tests may result in a student not being able to take the desired exam.
AFTER students have registered:
In April, students will complete pre-administration forms for the AP exams. This must be done for every student registered to take an AP exam. At this time, students will also receive specific information about exam times, sites and testing guidelines.
Students will take their exams at the specifically scheduled date and time. The test times are nationally regulated and cannot be adjusted locally. Please note any testing conflicts in advance and contact Ms. Wesley BEFORE registering for any EXAMS. AP exam days are listed on the “Bulletin for AP Students and Parents” (handed out in AP classes to all students) as well as on the registration form below. Specific start times for each exam will be given to students at their pre-administration session. These are set nationally and must be strictly followed.
Where do students test? Most exams are conducted offsite, with most of the testing taking place at the ESC (Educational Service Center) at the corner of Ladd Road and Maple Road. The specific test site, start time, and maps will be provided at the pre-administration session in April.
Transportation: You are responsible for your transportation to and from the exam site.
Questions: Contact Mrs. Caverly in counseling, (248) 956-4442.
**Students who may qualify for reduced exams fees (due to eligibility for the Free and Reduced Lunch Program) need to make an appointment with Ms. Wesley (Counseling Office) to register for AP exams.
