Students who graduated prior to 2007 can request their transcript by completing the form 2006 and Former Transcript Request
Students who graduated from 2007 to current must request transcripts through Parchment.
- Make sure you have registered and set up your own account on parchment.com. First and last names, birth date and YOUR graduation year must match Western's school records.
- Complete all college applications online. You can use the Media Center or Career Room computers if you don't have computer access at home.
- Complete the transcript request and hand in a College Application Router Form for EACH COLLEGE you have already applied to on Parchment.com. These forms can be found in the Counseling Office or on the link below.
Transcripts requests are processed several times weekly.

College Visitation Scheduling
Presentations are open to Juniors and Seniors only. Students MUST register for presentations electronically no later than the day before the presentation.
Please do not sign up for more than 5 sessions (we cannot have you out of class often)
You are responsible for all work missed in class.

You must show your teacher an electronic (phone) or printed copy of your sign-up genius confirmation to leave class. This will act as your pass - blue passes will not be issued. You will need to keep track of which colleges you've signed up for, the date, time and room (please make a note in your student planner).
On-site Admissions are open to SENIORS ONLY. It is noted on the Sign-up Genius link which colleges offer on-sites. At least three days before the visit:
Complete a college application from the college's website and pay the application fee (if the fee is waived, this will be noted)
Come to the Counseling Office with the completed application; fill out a blue College Routing Form (check off "Hold my application")
Give both to Mrs. Shurmur; she will print your transcript and hold until the visit
An Admissions Rep will make an on-the-spot decision for admittance to the college
