• Technology Scope and Sequence - a grade level breakdown of required technology skill development (beginning, developing, secure) that students must have in order to demonstrate competency 
• Age Band Articulation - Specifies how the competencies can be incorporated into teaching and learning activities at various age band/grade levels 
• Scenarios - Showcases the MITECS implemented in an integrated setting within academic context
