GSRP and Head Start

Enrollment is based on income, family need, and availability for both free programs. The Family Advocate will contact families who have expressed interest in the free programs for enrollment screenings.

The pre-eligibility process for the 2021 - 2022 GSRP and Head Start Preschool Programs has begun.  If you think you are eligible, please complete the survey.  After your survey has been received, a Family Service Advocate will contact you.

Head Start:

Enrollment is based on income, family need, and availability for both free programs. The Family Advocate will contact families who have expressed interest in the free programs when enrollment screenings begin.

  • Child must be 3 or 4 years old by  9/1/2021.
  • Eligibility is based on household size and income.
  • Check to see if you are income eligible.
  • Enrollment is prioritized based on income eligibility and other qualifying factors; families with special needs or foster children are encouraged to apply.

Families must meet federal income guidelines (100% federal poverty level.)  Children may be enrolled whose families are over income when there are additional risk factors. Ten percent of our slots for children are reserved for children with diagnosed disabilities.  Classes are Monday through Thursday.
