Financial Aid Night

The Counseling Departments of Walled Lake Central, Walled Lake Northern, and Walled Lake Western have arranged a special meeting to help parents understand the different options for funding an education and  the timeline and requirements for the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). This application opens up on October 1, 2020 during your student’s senior year. Completing the application will ensure your student’s every possible opportunity to secure financial aid for postsecondary education.

Mr. Greg Ashe, Senior Financial Aid Outreach Advisor at Oakland University will be on hand to discuss Scholarships, Grants and other funding options as well as information on the completion of the required forms. He brings over 14 years of financial aid experience to support you and your student in this process.

The session will be held Tuesday, September 24 at Walled Lake Western’s auditorium. We will begin promptly at 6:30PM, and the presentation should conclude at approximately 8:00 PM. Information about obtaining FAFSA forms and literature regarding financial aid will be available at this session. We suggest that you bring your list of questions and concerns for the question and answer session, which will follow the presentation. Walled Lake Western is located at 600 Beck Rd.
