8th Grade Trip to Washington, D.C. & Gettysburg

Trip dates: Tuesday, May 9 to Saturday, May 13

If you missed our Parent Pre-Trip Meeting on April 25, see the links below for handouts. The Student Pre-Trip Meeting will be held on Monday, May 8 during 2nd Hour to discuss trip expectations, distribute t-shirts, answer any final trip questions, and to complete some pre-trip processes.

Student Medication: ALL students taking medications (including inhalers, epi-pens, cough drops) must have a medication form on file. These forms can be turned into Ms. Clancy or Mr. Yu, or directly to the attendance office by Friday, May 5 so we can create our dispensing schedule. The medication can be dropped off in the attendance office or the morning we depart.

Bus Lists & Chaperone Groups are posted in the display in upstairs B hall next to Ms. Clancy’s room.
